At The Bugyman, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our refund and return policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns

Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery if the product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described.

Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original accessories and packaging.

Products that have been used, modified, damaged after delivery, or returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.

If the return is approved due to product fault or shipping error, return shipping costs may be covered by The Bugyman.

Orders may only be cancelled before shipment has been arranged.
